REGISTERED NURSES AND LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES
Qualifications
- RN or LPN License
- Social Security Card
- Level 2 Background Screening on File with AHCA
- Valid CPR Card from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Health and Safety Institute
- Physical Exam Done Within the Last 6 Months Stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
- 1 Hour HIV/AIDS Certificate
- 30 Hours Infusion Therapy Certificate (LPN Only)
- Professional Liability Insurance (Recommended)
- Current Florida Driver’s License
- Current Automobile Insurance and Vehicle Registration
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS AND HOME HEALTH AIDES
Qualifications
- CNA License in Florida (or HHA Certificate – 40 Hours Minimum)
- HIV/AIDS Certificate (1 Hour)
- Alzheimer’s Training Certificate (1 Hour)
- Self-Administration of Medication Certificate (2 Hours)
- Driver’s License
